This film follows the stories of Grace and Cerys as they juggle their passions - for running and music - with the demands of their serious lung condition cystic fibrosis. Twelve-year-old Grace is competing in the most important race of her life - The Brighton Mini Mile 2015. While 11-year-old Cerys is performing with her band and orchestra at a concert in Northampton while also preparing for her trombone music exam. And Cerys is facing the additonal challenge of taking more responsibility for her own medications. The girls have their work cut out as they search for success, but they face more obstacles than most as they fight to stay healthy. Despite having to contend with hospital admissions, operations and constant pain while running, we follow Grace as she embarks on an intensive training regime. In the build-up to the race, she tells her running partner Betty about her condition for the first time.
