How do I become a member?
LRH have a number of options available for schools wishing to access resources from Platinum, through Gold, Silver and Bronze membership levels. See our service guide HERE for more information.
How far in advance do I have to request my resources?
Whilst we do set deadline dates for resources to be requested by (to be found under Dates and Deadlines on the Home Page) it is never too late to contact us to request resources. If suitable resources are still available we will discuss with you the best way of getting them to your school. We would much rather our resources were out in schools being used than sat on the shelves here.
Am I guaranteed to get the items I request?
LRH cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. However, we will do our best and, if necessary, suggest alternatives.
How often do you deliver/ collect items from schools?
We deliver at the start of Terms 1, 3 and 5 and collect from schools at the end of Terms 2, 4 and 6. Delivery and collection is free of charge for member schools.
Can Teaching Assistants and SEN Coordinators request your resources?
Yes. LRH are happy to provide anyone who works in your school with a username and password so that they can request resources from our website if you wish.
What happens if I accidently break or lose an item?
LRH understands that our resources are not deliberately broken or misplaced and accidents do and will happen. However, we do appreciate a notification to warn us if something has gone missing or is not in the same condition as when delivered.
We also ask that if something gets broken or damaged whilst in your school you do not attempt to repair it. We have specialists back at our base who are experts in piecing items back together!
What do I do if I no longer want to be a member?
Our terms and conditions state:
“A subscribing school, by its signed order, commits to membership for a minimum of one year ending on 31 March unless a shorter period has been agreed under the terms of a ‘trial period’ offered by LRH, and thereafter remains a member by automatic renewal for succeeding years unless notice of termination has been given.”.
“To terminate membership a school must give LRH three clear months written notice to withdraw at the end of term 4”.
