Dances based around music from the BBC's Ten Pieces programme. Skills developed through this unit include moving with control, using high and low levels, partner working, lone working, group work, movements such as skipping, jumping, crouching, swaying, turning, and stretching. Music used includes:

"Storm" Interlude from Peter Grimes by Britten, Symphony No. 5 by Beethoven, Horn Concerto No. 4 by Mozart, "Zadok the Priest" by Handel, "Short Ride in a Fast Machine" by Adams, "Mars" from "The Planets" by Holst, "A Night on the Bare Mountain" by Mussorgsky, "In the Hall of the Mountain King" by Grieg and "The Firebird" by Stravinsky.
