GDPR & Privacy Policy

Our online requesting system (our website) currently holds your name, your school name and an email address (so that you are able to place requests with us for delivery to school and receive confirmation of request emails).

Your privacy is important to us, so we will always keep your details secure and never use them for communications that you haven’t agreed to receive. Due to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) laws being introduced we need your consent to hold this ‘personal’ data.

By resetting your password and activating your account you will be consenting to the use of your name, email address and registered school details in order to allow us to administer the service. Consenting will enable you to continue to use our online requesting system and receive updates and - if you've subscribed for them - newsletters from us.

After 31^st December 2018 we will need to delete any data tied to individual accounts we haven't received consent for, at which point any such users will need to re-register.
